A construction borrowed from Strong Man training program, used to perform “farmer’s walk” type exercises. Stable frame and wide range of adjustment allows to scale the dimensions and loads, increasing the flexibility of the equipment and adapting it to both tall and shorter trainees on different advancement levels.
