POWER RACK

The use of resistance bands, which may be mounted both at the top and at the bottom of the construction, increases the efficiency of techniques such as deadlift or squats. For improved safety it comes with space to install safety straps, which allow the user to perform barbell squats or bench press without a spotter. Extra cross-bars as the bottom provide better stabilisation of the whole construction and guarantee improved resistance to vibration and impact. A specially designed area for weight storage means a significant saving of space in the facility where the system is used.
