Smaller than bumpers, both in terms of diameter and thickness, steel plates of fractional weights. Fractional weight of the plates allows for change of load value in the training cycle. Due to their compact size, they allow for easier application of greater load on the barbell compared to classic bumpers. An additional advantage of this solution is the fact that there is no direct contact between the floor and the plate when the plates are connected with bumpers, even when a barbell is dropped from a significant height, which increases the use comfort and safety.
